七年级英语演讲My school life

Good morning everyone,

My name is Du Ying. I am thirteen years old. I’m from Class 3, Grade 7. I am very happy to meet you here. Do you want to know about my school life? Now, let me tell you about my school life.

First, I want to ask you a question, OK? What time do you usually get up? Well, I usually get up at half past five. I am an early bird. Then I always brush my teeth and clean my bed. We must be on time to school. This is very important. It takes me 25 minutes to read my books. Then I eat a quick breakfast. I have four classes in the morning. Our first class begins at eight o’clock. After class, I play volleyball with my classmates.

What do you eat for lunch? Hmm, I eat lots of vegetables and fruit. After lunch, I sometimes take a walk because I don’t want to be fat. I have three classes in the afternoon. Do you eat apples after dinner？ Well, I often eat an apple after dinner. I know it’s good for me and it tastes good! In the evening, I do my homework from a quarter past six to nine. I need to brush my teeth after eating to have good teeth. What time do you go to bed? I go to bed at twenty to ten.

I have a very healthy life at school. What about you?
