For lunch, I usually have a sandwich or a salad. Sometimes I'll go out to eat with coworkers and we'll try out a new restaurant in the area. Other times I'll bring leftovers from dinner the night before. It really depends on my mood and how busy my day is.
One of my favorite lunch spots is a local deli that makes amazing sandwiches. They use fresh ingredients and have a wide variety of options to choose from. I also enjoy trying out new salad recipes at home and bringing them to work with me.
