My ways of keeping fit

In the past three decades, China has had dramatic improvement in the living standard of people. Fitness has begun to draw more and more attention from the public. Obviously, there is no doubt that you can get a lot of methods to keep fit from authority figures. But today, I just want to tell my ways to you.

Nowadays, people pay little attention to sleep. On the contrary, it's most important, I think, to sleep well if you want to be healthy, because it can relieve pressure and renew your strength.

Besides, it is vital to have a balanced diet. A balanced diet which can keep you active and gets you in shape as well should consist of fruits, vegetables and a small amount of meat. Having regular meals is also helpful, too. Step by step, I think you will be fit in the end.

Last but not least, taking more exercise is of benefit to your fitness. If you want to keep off the weight and

be fit, exercise at lease an hour every day. Not only can your body improve its power to resist the virus, but also you can meet those who have common interests. No matter what kind of sports you do, you just keep going.

As long as you do what I tell you, you will be fit one day. These are my ways of keeping fit. Thanks for
