Key words:soft starter,shutdown wihoutt cause,transformation program (上接第16页) Numerical Simulation or Rolfling Deformation Process of Aluminum Alloys Composite Sheets ZHAN Qi,ZHANG Zhiyuan,SU Ning (No.208 Research Institute of China Ordnance Industries.Beijing 102202) Abstract:By using the software of DEFORM-3D,the simulation for rolhng deformation process of composite sheets ollred to 10%at the temperatures of 440℃is conducted. e distribution rules of the temperature fields and the stress have been analyzed.rI1he results show that composite reaction goes well under the given situation.And the equivalent stress increases gradually with the rolling,however,when the blank is in the bite stage,the stress increases rapidly,and there exists a great residual stress after the rolling.Besides,during the rolling,the heat dissipation of the blank is fast but even,and the temperature of the blank will have a heating effect when it goes in the bite stage,and it is not 0bvious. Key words:ahlminum alloys,composite sheets,numerical simulation,rolhng (上接第23页) Determination of the Fixed Carbon in Blast Furnace Gas Ash and is tRecycling Utilization LIU Fang 。 (1.Shanxi Engineering Vocational College,Taiyuan Shanxi 030009;2.College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Taiyuan University of Technology,Taiyuan Shanxi 030024) Abstract:In this paper,the classical diferential method is used to analyze the fixed carbon in the blast furnace gas ash of an iron factory in Yuncheng Shanxi.The experimental results show that the mass fraction of the fixed carbon in he gas ash of tthe plant is about 17.23%,which has a high recovery value.To get a better utilization of the blast furnace gas ash,it is suggested to use 2#0il s tahe foaming agent,the diesel(or kerosene)as a collector,and to choose the process flow of the two stage flotation of the carbon and the two stage reverse flotation of other impurities.The recovery is above 90%.
