TheDS1651/DS3651isTTLcompatiblehighspeedcircuitsintendedforsensinginabroadrangeofMOSmemorysys-temapplications.SwitchingspeedshavebeenenhancedoverconventionalsenseamplifiersbyapplicationofSchot-tkytechnology,andTRI-STATE®strobingisincorporated,of-feringahighimpedanceoutputstateforbusedorganization.TheDS1651/DS3651hasactivepull-upoutputsandoffersopencollectoroutputsprovidingimplied“AND”operations.
