摘要：Disclosed is an oxygen analyzer probe for use in situ in the flue gas stream of afurnace of the type having a housing, a solid electrolytic oxygen sensor adjacent to oneend of the housing and first and second noble metal leads connected to the sensor. Thepresent invention includes a terminal block within the housing to which the noble metalleads are releasably connected. At the terminal block intermediate leads of a metaldissimilar to the noble metal lead are connected thereto. Since all connections betweendissimilar metals are made at the terminal block and since all such connections are atapproximately the same temperature, no unbalanced thermocouples are introduced intothe electrical path from the sensor. In one embodiment, the intermediate leads arecomprised of a nickel alloy and have sufficient rigidity to form the prongs of a male plugconnector which prongs extend from the rear end of the housing. A female plugconnector mates with the male connector for easy disassembly of the probe duringmaintenance thereof.
