摘要：An implantable device adapted for assisting the flow of blood from left atriumto descending aorta of an in-vivo heart, the implantable device comprising: an inletcannula adapted to be connected to the left atrium and an outlet cannula adapted to beconnected to the descending aorta, wherein the inlet and outlet cannula is in fluidcommunication with a blood pressure pump; a first accelerometer adapted for measuringmitral valve motion; an implanted controller in electrical communication with at least oneimplanted ECG sensor adapted for detecting ECG signals; the implanted controller maycomprise a processor adapted to analyse detected ECG signals, and the mitral valvemotion; the processor dynamically adjusts the target blood pressure pump speed basedon ECG signals and mitral valve motion such that the blood flows from the left atrium toboth the left ventricle and the descending aorta.
